Winter Activities
In Portes du Soleil ski resort, you will find more than 600 kms of slopes distributed between Switzerland and France. A lift pass will allow you to ski on the largest international ski resort in the world !

If you want to gain confidence on your skis, deepen your discovery of the area or even begin your ski experience, you will find several ski school offers. Please find them all here.
Le Petit Baroudeur Backpacker’s confidence partners are Ze Snow School and the Swiss Ski School.
If skiing is still the predominant activity in winter, Région Dents du Midi is not left out to offer non-skiers or the less enthusiastic fun activities to do with family, friends or even solo.
Downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hikes, ice skating, Sports and Cultural Centre Palladium’s heated pool… There is very little chance that you will not find something to occupy yourself during your stay. Whether it is in good or bad weather !
The Palladium, Sports and Cultural Centre will allow you to let off steam discover activities that you may have only seen on tv :
Ice-skating, Indoor pool, climbing wall, fitness and badminton room…
Whether you are fed up with skiing or the forecast is bad, for sure you will find something to do at the Palladium.
During winter season, as a customer of Le Petit Baroudeur, you benefit from free access to the swimming pool, the ice rink, the climbing wall and the fitness room during your stay (excluding equipment rental).
If you are not tempted to fix your legs on slats to slide down the slopes, several winter walking routes or snowshoe trails will lead you to discover superb quiet places in a nature frozen by winter.
